Privacy notice
How Stay Flow Cleaners uses the information you give us.
Who we are
Stay Flow Cleaners is a home cleaning business based in Lambeth, London. For anything to do with your personal information, email hellostayflowcleaners@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you message us on WhatsApp, email us or use the form on this site, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, postcode and address, and information about your home and the clean you need. If you become a customer we also keep a record of your bookings and payments, and any access instructions you give us.
Why we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, give you a price, arrange and carry out your clean, take payment and keep business records. Our lawful bases are taking steps to enter into a contract with you, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business. We don't sell your information and we don't use it for marketing unless you've asked us to.
Who we share it with
We share only what's needed with the cleaner carrying out your booking (for example your address and access instructions), and with service providers we rely on, such as WhatsApp for messaging and Netlify, which hosts this website and processes form submissions.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Customer and payment records are kept for six years to meet tax and accounting requirements.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within one month. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
