AfterQuestions about end of tenancy cleaning
Will this help me get my deposit back?
Cleaning is one of the most common reasons for deposit deductions. We clean to the standard used at check-out inspections. No cleaner can guarantee what a landlord decides, but we can make sure cleaning isn't the problem.
What if the agent isn't happy?
If your landlord or agent flags anything at check-out, tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and sort it free of charge.
Does the property need to be empty?
Ideally yes. We can work around furniture that belongs to the landlord, but your own belongings should be packed and out so we can reach every surface.
Is carpet cleaning included?
Carpets are vacuumed as part of the clean. Steam cleaning isn't included. If your tenancy agreement asks for it, tell us and we'll advise.
